Since 1882, Montefiore has cared for Cleveland's aging Jewish and general community. We continue to provide excellent and comprehensive care to individuals as they age and support to families. We offer a full continuum of care including post-hospital rehabilitation services, skilled nursing, homecare, private duty services, Alzheimer's/memory care, assisted living memory care pavilion (The Willensky Residence), long-term nursing home care, assisted living, hospice and palliative services (Maltz Hospice House & Palliative Care Pavilion) and outpatient therapy.
The Weils, a non-profit organization in Chagrin Falls, opened in 2002 as an assisted living community and is owned and operated by Montefiore. The existing Weils campus has 67 assisted living suites and is set to open The David and Freda Robinson Residence, an assisted living memory care pavilion, in summer 2015. This beautiful new pavilion will offer a safe and homelike environment as an alternative for individuals who need supervision and assistance with the activities of daily living.
Both Montefiore and The Rehab Pavilion at The Weils have received the highest possible overall rating of five stars in U.S. News & World Report's seventh annual Best Nursing Homes of 2015.
Montefiore and The Weils is excited to welcome its new President & CEO Seth Vilensky who started on April 13, 2015.
