into the art of "Dealing with Difficult People"   Our special guest speaker is 
Diane Helbig, a business advisor, trainer, award-winning author and speaker, and podcast host.  As President of Helbig Enterprises, Diane helps businesses and organizations operate more constructively and profitably. She is the author of Succeed Without Selling, Lemonade Stand Selling, and Expert Insights.

Conflict happens. Sometimes people are difficult.  However, we can take steps to minimize the frequency as well as the impact. We will explore why people can be challenging, and what we can do to improve the situation, and communicate strategies that work.
