CVWI's Monthly Seminar Series topic: "What Core Strength IS" "The Core.? A concept that is interpreted many ways. The information in this class will enlighten you to the true core and its 26 muscles. You will learn why developing core strength is important and the benefits of a strong, balanced and stabilizing core. Each student will be able to experience Pilates movements for the first time or enhance current skills. This class will change the way you move!
