John Glaneman, President and Senior Trainer, has been a Dale Carnegie Certified Trainer, since 2001,  instructing dozens of classes with hundreds of participants across three states. He recently became Managing Director and minority owner of the three-franchise group. John grows the business through strategic planning, focused client interactions and leading a diverse sales and operations force in four states and over 80 counties. He spearheads the development and execution of marketing efforts ensuring the attainment of enrollment and revenue projections for the short and long term. John also oversees the recruiting, hiring and training of new associates.
