Join Tri-C’s Capital & Construction staff, project architects URS and construction managers Ozanne to tour and learn about this designed to achieve LEED Silver construction project. The Health Careers and Technology building is the newest addition to the Eastern Campus’ 203-acres, much of which is green space. Upon completion this building will use 30% less energy than an equivalent non-LEED building, have a living roof area, cistern and rain garden.
Tri-C is committed to sustainability as well as building and operating healthy and efficient learning environments. The Health Careers & Technology building is one of Tri-C’s six commissioned LEED projects and just one of many efforts to green the College.
