The Health Careers and Technology building is the newest addition to the Eastern Campus' 203-acres\, much of which is green space. Upon completion this building will use 30% less energy than an equivalent non-LEED building\, have a living roof area\, cistern and rain garden.\nTri-C is committed to sustainability as well as building and operating healthy and efficient learning environments. The Health Careers & Technology building is one of Tri-C's six commissioned LEED projects and just one of many efforts to green the College. 30 individuals spots are available for this approximately one-hour tour.
