Her prior roles include Senior HR Consultant with the ERC (Employers Resource Council), Senior HR Generalist with KeyCorp, and Human Resource Manager with Management Reports International.
Amy Petrus has 20 years of Human Resource experience. Amy’s areas of expertise include compensation, performance management, policy and procedure development, training, executive / management coaching, staffing assistance, and employee relations and communications. Previous positions included Sr. Human Resources Consultant with ERC, Human Resources Manager within a distribution / warehousing company, Compensation and Benefits Consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick, Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter.
