C-REEL RESULTS: Supermarket Sweep
The C-REEL RESULTS: Supermarket Sweep is a fun and interactive event for anyone looking to not only improve their eating habits, but how to specifically eat to increase their metabolism and burn body fat. This event is conducted by a registered dietitian. Each visit is about one hour and consists of learning about the layouts of supermarkets; food labels; which foods boost your metabolism and which ones don't; which foods feed your muscles; for optimal muscle toning, and which ones feet your fat; C-REEL RESULTS: Power Foods and Power Portions.
