First Course - Ahi Tuna Tostada
 Seared Rare Ahi Tuna resting on Asian slaw and a crispy wonton
Beverage Pairing: Hoegarden, aromas of lavender, clove and curacao orange peel, with a smooth toasted wheat finish. 4.9ABV
 
Second Course - Butternut Squash Bisque
 Local butternut squash garnished with toasted pumpkin seeds
Beverage Pairing: Harp, Aromas of dried peach and fennel with subtle flavors of orange peel and allspice. 5.0ABV
 
Third Course - Steak and Potatoes
 Grilled flat iron steak topped with bordelaises served with whipped potatoes and fresh vegetable.
Beverage Pairing: Belhaven Twisted Thistle IPA, Aromas of heather, jasmine, lemon zest, and nectarine. 5.3ABV
 
Fourth Course - Bread Pudding
 Custard-based bread pudding with essences of the season served with vanilla bean ice cream and bourbon sauce
