Litigation and How to Avoid It
The event is sponsored by Cleveland State University, Nance College of Business Administration, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and the presenter will be Prof. Steven Werber.
In his presentation, Prof. Werber will discuss ow the litigation process operates and how businesses can structure their operations to avoid thlitigation, including how to draft contracts that minimize such risks.
The series will meet the last Friday of each month at the Chamber offices.
The cost for lecture and lunch is $6 payable through online registration at CSU (www.csuohio.edu/business/global/gateway).
