We are currently seeking an Inventory Specialist/Scheduler who is a highly organized and detail-oriented specialist and scheduler with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, dedicated to ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently through strong organizational skills and diligent follow-through.
Job Summary:
The Inventory Specialist/Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring our operations department runs smoothly.   This role entails ordering and receiving merchandise, preparing and staging items for upcoming projects, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.  This person will collaborate with management and sales to ensure the smooth scheduling and installation of all jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain workplace duties with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
• Conduct regular inventory counts; research and document any discrepancies.
• Accurately complete all inventory transactions on a daily basis.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to maintain organized, accessible inventory systems.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
• Maintain a user-centric approach in all inventory practices and workflows.
• Schedule all jobs.

• Strong attention to detail and a high aptitude for problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in warehouse or inventory roles preferred.
• Physically able to stand, bend, and lift as required throughout the shift.

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or inventory management and scheduler role.

Hourly starting at $20 per hour depending on experience
