Learn about stroke and discover ways to keep your brain healthy through diet, exercise, and stress management.

Workshop will include:

• Cooking demonstrations and lunch
• Free blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose screenings
• Exercise: guidelines and demonstrations
• The importance of staying socially and mentally active
• How to make simple lifestyle changes
• Door prizes and give-aways

Featured speaker:  Cathy Sila, MD, Director of the Stroke Research Center at University Hospitals and a professor of Neurology at Case Western Reserve University. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and Vascular Neurology.
