Bill is a car guy who after being stuck on the side of the road during a family vacation decided that the car care experience needed to be improved.

After graduating with his MBA from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University he wrote a business plan and eventually developed a relationship with Rad Air Complete Car Care.

Bill will highlight how drivers can care for their car to minimize costly repairs and how they can work with their repair facility.
