Mrs. Duncan is a Retired Veteran of the United States Army and currently works as an Economic Development Specialist (EDS) for the Small Business Administration (SBA) in Cleveland, OH, assisting a little over 28 counties. As an EDS she markets SBA programs and services through outreach, while consistently building and maintaining alliances and partnerships with resource partners and economic development corporations and small business owners. She has assisted hundreds of businesses through the process of starting and expanding various businesses throughout their business lifecycles.

Ms. Wivell has been a Procurement Specialist since 2013 and has helped hundreds of businesses with their government contracting efforts. She has provided guidance on creating Capability Statements, doing market research and planning as well as assisting with governmental registrations, certifications and requests for proposal reviews.
