Chamber October Luncheon
Tom Einhouse, Vice President of Facilities and Capital for Playhouse Square will be giving a presentation on the Playhouse Square Districts Real Estate Services projects occurring downtown.
At the start of his 34 year career with Playhouse Square, Einhouse concentrated on the restoration of the five historic theatres that comprise the now - nine performance spaces of Playhouses Square, the world?s largest theater restoration project and the nation?s largest performing arts center outside New York City.
In addition, Einhouse has been involved in the redevelopment of Playhouse Square?s million square foot commercial real estate portfolio by overseeing numerous multi-million dollar projects.
