HEALTH CARE REFORM: WHAT IT MEANS TO SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES

Presented by Gwendolyn Majette

Ms. Majette will dsicuss the ways in which the health care reform, passed in 2010, will have a significant impact on small and medium-sized buisnesses across America.  She played a first-hand role in health care reform in Washington and will bring her intimate knowledge of these legislative changes to this presentation.

Ms. Majette is an assistant professor at Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where she teaches health care law.  She was a legislative fellow in the Office of U.S. Senator Stabenow, where she worked on Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and health care reform policy.
