ASTD Executive Forum: Talent Management at Corporate College
Are you discovering that yesterday's business models for managing talent won't work today?
In this period of the "new normal" are you seeking innovative and sustainable approaches to talent acquisition, development and retention?
If so, please join us for a morning of peer networking and an opportunity to learn transferrable best practices from one of Northeast Ohio's most highly recognized talent executives, Reginald Stover, Cleveland Clinic's Chief Talent Officer.
Many organizations are still redefining their business strategies in light of the new shift in talent needs. The challenges of this new economy are requiring companies to make tough decisions about many business practices - most of all, talent. All aspects of talent management are being affected from workforce planning, recruiting, performance, compensation, and development to succession and retention. More than ever, organizations need leaders who can build aggressive strategies that prepare "people talent" to lead their businesses into this state of 'new normal' - one that creates an environment of engagement, growth, and sustainability. No one can provide insight on how best to overcome the challenges of today and execute a successful talent acquisition, development and retention strategy better than Reginald Stover.
Please join us to connect and learn from your peers who share like concerns in meeting their companies' talent management challenges. After attending this event, you are sure to leave with at least one concrete idea that you can use.
