December Luncheon Menu:
- Greens with pears or apples. Sugared pecans, dried cranberries
- Chicken cacciatore with Italian white beans sautéed with tomato & arugula & onion & garlic & olive oil
- Oven roasted redskins with a little rosemary & herbs
- Fall veggies – brussel sprouts, carrots, squash, turnip, etc.
- Apple crisp drizzled with caramel
- Vegetarian Meal: Stuffed squash with quinoa, black beans, red onion, roasted corn & same sides
