Ilya Gidalevich assists Welser-Most in the conception and execution of programs at Severance Hall, Blossom Music Center, Miami, and elsewhere.

Prior to coming to Cleveland, he worked with Opus 3 Artists as manager of artists and attractions. In that capacity, he managed the North American tours of international orchestras and chamber groups and oversaw the management of numerous conductors and instrumentalists.

Before joining Opus 3, Gidalevich, a native of Ukraine raised in Atlanta, worked for the Chautauqua Institution and Goldman Sachs. He holds a degree from Yale University with majors in music and political science.
