Communicating effectively is critical to a successful business venture; but, it can also be complicated, particularly in light of global business relationships! Even if you are planning to restrict your business to Cuyahoga County alone, you will undoubtedly encounter clients, suppliers and channel partners that hail from other countries and cultures. How do you adapt your communications style to maximize your business relationships; hence, your profits? This discussion will cover the basics of communicating across cultures, provide a number of easy-to-access resources for further information, and give you a chance to exercise your own cross cultural acumen!
