26th Annual Swim for Diabetes
Raise Funds and Awareness about diabetes!
Every dollar you raise stays right here in Northeast Ohio so that those affected by diabetes receive the support they need to live well with the disease. Services include diabetes education and support programs and Camp Ho Mita Koda for children with diabetes.

You don't have to swim to be involved!
