DESCRIPTION:A cycle of songs by Franz Shubert composed to the poetry of his friend and colleague Wilhelm Muller\, performed by CIM faculty member Mark Wanich and accompanied by CIM resident accompanist\, pianist Adam Whiting. In between the sections of this monumental cycle\, WordStage founding artistic director Tim Tavcar will read letters and diary entrees Shubert wrote about the cycle\, composed at the end of his all too brief life.\n\nPerformed with a dessert intermission.\n\nThe program and refreshments are sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Free tickets are required for admission and are available at the branch or by calling 216-831-6868.
