Our luncheon this month will feature Jim Smith\, The Executive Happiness Coach\, on Wednesday\, December 17th\, 11:30 AM-1:15 PM\, at the Hilton Cleveland East/Beachwood. He will review some foundational principles for living a happier\, more balanced life in the midst of stress and crisis and provide five specific actions you can practice to improve the strength of your "positive emotional muscles" and increase the experience of happiness in your life.  Come to change your outlook on life and self\, reduce stress\, and move closer to what YOU define as happiness. Why is this important to you?  Hey\, happier people make better employees\, leaders\, partners\, parents\, and friends.  It's all about you!  Jim Smith is an executive coach\, speaker\, trainer and change consultant. His mission is to increase the overall tonnage of happiness in the workplace\, starting with the leaders -- because positive cultures create better bottom lines!  He draws on 20+ years of experience as a corporate executive from finance and operations to sales and HR\, as well as 50+ years as a human being. He currently serves as President of the Cleveland Coach Federation and teaches in the HR MBA program at Baldwin Wallace College. He is also a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. And\, finally\, he worships dark chocolate and deeply believes that "Happiness is a decision\, not an event!" Please RSVP no later than Friday\, December 12th. NOTE: If you have special dietary requirements (vegetarian\, non-dairy\, etc.)\, we must know by December 12th!
