DESCRIPTION:The Beachwood Chamber Lunch with a Lawyer series is a one-hour lunchtime program where an  attorney will discuss and answer questions and concerns in practice areas chosen by Beachwood Chamber members.\n\n\n\nEach meeting will feature a topic and guest attorney speaker. \n\n \n\nThis month's lunchtime meeting will be held on Thursday\, May 24th from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at Homewood Suites Beachwood. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\nGeorge V. Pilat\, Esq.\n\nPartner - Mazanec\, Raskin & Ryder\, Co.\, LPA\n\n\n\n"Buying or Selling a Business 101"\n\nMr. Pilat focuses his practice on business and commercial law\, and insurance defense. He is a Co-Chair of the firm's newly expanded Business & Commercial Law and Insurance Agents & Brokers practice groups. His experience and unique blend of skills includes significant work handling agent errors & omissions (E&O) coverage and litigation\, coverage analysis\, corporate compliance\, commercial transactions\, and employment litigation and counseling.
