This year's festival runs from March 30 thru April 10.  Paul Sloop will provide brief historical facts about the CIFF and his role as Short Films Programmer\, give us highlights of this year's festival\, the role of short films in the industry and in the CIFF\, "need to know" notes for attending the CIFF.
