The goal was to better understand the disparities between home and non-home based businesses and the characteristics of these companies\, so that COSE could both quantify the realities of operating a home-based business and improve its support of the home-based business sector. Our HOL speaker will be Pat Pell\, COSE Home-Based Network Leader\, who designs quality educational and networking programs\, as well as provides resources and opportunities for home-based businesses. She is a former home-based business owner herself and for many years served clients as a networking consultant. Most recently\, she was the Executive Director of the Parma-area Chamber of Commerce.
