DESCRIPTION:Building A High Performace Workplace The Beachwood Chamber is hosting the 5th in its series of education seminars sponsored by KeyBank on Friday\, April 3rd\, 8:00-9:30 AM.  This program will focus on driving growth in a down economy.  Business owner and entrepreneur Joel Head will lead this month's program in which participants will learn how having a clear game plan and leading with high performance practices can help them not only weather -- but thrive -- in the current business climate. Joel Head is managing partner of Headwinds Ltd.\, a business-coaching firm. He is a former partner with Ernst & Young\, a principal with Mercer HR\, and the author of a forthcoming book\, How to Build Workplace Accountability. A Continental breakfast will be served. RSVPs greatly appreciated to ensure our accommodating all participants. Walk-ins will be welcome. Cost: FREE for members\; $15 for nonmembers.
