He started in 1979 as Assistant PR Director and was named Director of Public Relations in 1980 and to his current position in 1988.\n\n	\n\n	In 1999\, he was the recipient fo the prestigious Robert O. Fischel Award for Public Relations in Major League Baseball and also inducted into the Lakewood (Ohio) High School Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame.  He also won the Mel Harder Distinguished Service Award for Community Involvement in 1997.\n\n	\n\n	DiBiasio serves as the President of the Cleveland Indians Charities\, is an Honorary Member of both the Executive Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Cleveland and the Board of the Cleveland Baseball Federation.  He also serves on the Athletic Advisory Board of Notre Dam College (Ohio).\n\n	\n\n	Cost: $25 for members\; $30 for nonmembers\n\n	\n\n	RSVP:  No later than Friday\, February 18th.
