DESCRIPTION:Join Christine Young of Ernst & Young LLP and Marc Theodore of Thunder::tech as we discuss how employee benefits have changed over the years\, and especially this year.\n\n\n\nChristine Young\, MSSA\, LSW\, Assistant Director - Employee Assistance and Work/Life EY\n\nChristine has been with EY (Ernst & Young) for 16 years and is part of the internal EAP team\, EY Assist. She works with individuals and groups to provide benefits resource and guidance to help them manage their well-being. As a licensed social worker\, she also provides crisis management response including identifying benefits around the recent COVID 19 pandemic.  Christine has spoken at numerous conferences including Working Mother magazine's Best Places to Work and Bright Horizon's Family Solutions\n\n\n\nMarc Theodore\, Thunder::tech\n\n\n\nMarc joined the thunder::tech team in 2011 as the Operations Manager. Since then\, has been promoted twice and now is the Vice President\, Operations. During his professional career\, Marc has 18 years of high level experience across different industries\, while executing operational excellence\, consistently. At thunder::tech\, he oversees all agency operations and business accomplishments. Directly reports to the President/Founder developing best practices and high level strategies to drive a successful Integrated Marketing Agency. Since starting at thunder::tech\, directing the decision making process\, future agency forecasting\, financial strength and overall growth of the business are primary functions. Marc has been carefully trained by his predecessor to execute thunder::techs operations at the highest level.
