In his professional career\, Michael has been President of the Center for Professional Achievement for 28 years. Before that\, Michael was managing business and marketing operations around the world for a local technology company. He has visited or done business in over 40 countries around the world. \n\n\n\nHe's been a guest lecturer in the graduate program at the Weatherhead School of Management\, Case Western Reserve University and is a top graduate of the MBA program there. He has authored over 40 articles in areas of sales force productivity\, time management\, service quality\, and team building.
